I've closed the browser window that shows my connection. How can I get it back?
If you accidentally lose the web browser window confirming your connection, type https://www.btopenzone.com:8443/home into your address bar and the window will reappear.
Tip: we suggest you bookmark this web page or add it to your favourites so you can easily find it again, should you need it.
Important note about logging out
You must log out correctly, otherwise your account will stay open and you may have to pay charges for a further 15 minutes. Your account automatically shuts down due to inactivity after 15 minutes.
If your account 'locks', call 0800 022 33 22* (+44 132 556 0841 from outside the UK**) at any time to unlock it.

If you've a BT Openzone subscription or BT Openzone per Minute account and we've got your UK mobile number in 'my profile', we can text (SMS) you a free password reminder now.
If you don't have a subscription or per minute account, please call BT Openzone on Freephone 0800 022 33 22* (+44 132 556 0841 from outside the UK**).
Consider additional security
For additional security, we suggest you install a firewall on your equipment. You can buy a firewall at BT Shop or from most computer stores. Please note that BT Openzone can't support the configuration of firewalls and we suggest you contact your IT department or the firewall seller.
Save Wi-Fi hotspot text number
Save the number 81041 on your mobile phone for future reference - simply text your town or postcode to this number to find out your nearest hotspot. It's also worth considering saving your replies to this number, in case you're in the same area again at a later date.
